There is a pet move in fee of $500.
Each dog has a $50 monthly pet fee.

Income Loss Protection Program

We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty right now and we want to assure you that when you rent with Bernstein Management Corporation, you’ll be taken care of. With our new income loss protection program, you’ll be able to lease an apartment knowing that if there is a significant change in your income, you’ll have the opportunity to end your lease within 90 days without the standard lease break penalties. Please contact our leasing team for more details. Restrictions apply. You must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice and show proof of significant income loss. Any “free rent” leasing specials taken advantage of will need to be repaid.
